    Come explore the exciting opportunity to contribute within a growing organization! Pathways Home Health & Hospice is celebrating over 40 years of service in the Greater Bay Area and has an immediate opening. We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Home Health and Hospice Clinical Educator.



    The Home Health and Hospice Clinical Educator will participate in the clinical orientation process with responsibility for the completion of assigned areas of the orientation process for new patient care employees. The ideal candidate will conduct annual clinical training programs as assigned. He or she will also conduct and assure completion of initial and on-going CLIA testing. The individual will train TB mask fit-testers to assure an adequate number of qualified testers in all offices. This individual also performs other duties as assigned consistent with skills and training for this position in alignment with the goals and mission of Pathways Home Health & Hospice.



    • Bachelor’s degree in nursing; master’s degree in nursing, preferred.
    • Licensed as a registered nurse in the state of California.
    • Three years nursing experience within the last five years with a minimum of one year of hospice/homecare experience.
    • Demonstrated teaching skills with current knowledge of adult learning theory and of staff development issues.
    • Knowledge of patient care issues in homecare and hospice and the appropriate use of personnel in home health.
    • Knowledge of regulations governing hospice.
    • Automobile available for work
    • Current California driver’s license and automobile insurance with minimum Bodily Injury Liability Insurance coverage per agency policy.
